Our Team

After feedback from clients, Directors of Precise Air, Sam La Rocca, Joe Mazza and Nadeem Tayar, made the decision to expand its in-house fire service offering and launch a dedicated fire business in 2012, called Precise Fire. After a careful search and selection process to find a team with the right combination of skills, experience, and cultural fit, in the company brought on Geoff Moore and his team who would form Precise Fire.
The Precise Fire team offer industry leading expertise from small, single tenant premises to large scale installations in multipurpose facilities across a wide range of industries. Experienced in the engineering and maintenance of fire systems, our technical experts ensure all systems meet AS 1851 and Building Code of Australia requirements.
With a proactive approach, the Precise Fire team adds value by delivery whole of life fire solutions that meet operational and financial goals, while mitigating risk in all critical systems.

GEOFF MOORE

GENERAL MANAGER

Geoff has 25 years’ experience within the fire and facility management sectors. He has held key State and General Manager positions within fire contracting business, including Spectrum Fire, Chubb Fire, and Fire Fighting Enterprises. Geoff has also held National General Manager roles in Facilities Management with Chubb Asset Management Services and Johnson Controls.

THEO RIGAS

MECHANICAL FIRE WORKS MANAGER

With over 25 years’ experience within the fire contracting sector, Theo has developed a reputation for exceeding customer expectations in fire hydraulic and fire sprinkler systems solutions. He has developed expertise in engineering, project management and sales since the start of his career as a Mechanical Engineer Cadet, initially with Fire Fighting Enterprises and then Chubb Fire Safety, and later as a Business Unit Manager with Spectrum Fire.

STEVE ARNOLD

ELECTRICAL FIRE WORKS MANAGER

Steve has built a successful career with leading companies including Honeywell Building Solutions, Schneider Electric, Wormald Fire Protection, and Chubb Fire Safety. Steve has managed Branches in Regional NSW and throughout the Northern Territory and projects for small, medium and large installations. This has afforded him the opportunity to develop an intimate understanding of the challenges of providing high quality services to customers regardless of their locations.
