SAM LA ROCCA
Sam is a founding Director of Precise Air and draws upon his energy, drive and commitment in managing the strategic direction of the business, developing client relationships, and ensuring Precise Air becomes our clients’ preferred HVAC service provider. With 20 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, Sam has developed an innovative approach to delivering results-oriented solutions, based upon his broad technical expertise and pragmatic approach. An expert in all aspects of HVAC and a natural business developer, Sam is highly regarded by clients and very well known in the industry.

NADEEM TAYAR
In 2006 and in the midst of a burgeoning business, Nadeem Tayar joined the team as Managing Director to guide the strategic growth and expansion of the business. Nadeem has drawn upon his extensive business management expertise in overseeing the operational effectiveness of the business. He brings a commercial approach to his role which includes responsibility for recruitment strategy, risk mitigation, contract negotiation, legal compliance and reporting.

TONY SCOTTON
Tony Scotton has extensive experience in the service, manufacturing and distribution industries and currently serves on multiple boards. He previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of SAI Global Limited (ASX:SAI), and prior to this he served as the Managing Director and Chairman of the Construction Products Division of Pacifica Group. Tony holds a Bachelor of Engineering and graduate qualifications in Finance. He provides Precise Air with a combination of strategic insight and management that influences the culture of the business to make sure that the business continues to deliver sustainable and real value to our clients.

BEN FLAPPER
Ben utilizes his vast experience across various industries of Hire, Retail, Manufacturing and Sales & Marketing coupled with an extensive exposure to Private Equity. Ben holds a B. Comm. (Accounting Major) and a FCPA (Fellow). Since joining the company in 2012, Ben has supported the Company’s growth by providing a strong corporatized platform and new business systems along with the establishment of a Shared Services support Team covering Finance, IT, Compliance, Treasury, AP & AR functions, Payroll and HR. Ben brings a commercial approach to his role which includes strategic planning, budgets, analysis and reporting capabilities to better help management make informed decisions.

KAREN ALDRIDGE
Karen has been guiding Precise Air Group’s People, culture, and industrial relations strategies for over 10 years. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, Karen has developed innovative processes that have enabled the Group to onboard highly skilled technical, operational and senior management specialists.

RICHARD BAGNATO
Richard has over 20 years of experience in various national health, safety, environment, quality and risk management roles across a wide range of industries – each of which demands exacting standards. They include building services, construction, engineering and manufacturing.
His approach to the successful implementation of health and safety as a core organizational fundamental is through his leadership, strategy, guidance, advice, coaching and mentoring.

GEOFF MOORE
Geoff has 25 years’ experience within the fire and facility management sectors. He has held key State and General Manager positions within fire contracting business, including Spectrum Fire, Chubb Fire, and Fire Fighting Enterprises. Geoff has also held National General Manager roles in Facilities Management with Chubb Asset Management Services and Johnson Controls.

THEO RIGAS
With over 25 years’ experience within the fire contracting sector, Theo has developed a reputation for exceeding customer expectations in fire hydraulic and fire sprinkler systems solutions. He has developed expertise in engineering, project management and sales since the start of his career as a Mechanical Engineer Cadet, initially with Fire Fighting Enterprises and then Chubb Fire Safety, and later as a Business Unit Manager with Spectrum Fire.

STEVE ARNOLD
Steve has built a successful career with leading companies including Honeywell Building Solutions, Schneider Electric, Wormald Fire Protection, and Chubb Fire Safety. Steve has managed Branches in Regional NSW and throughout the Northern Territory and projects for small, medium and large installations. This has afforded him the opportunity to develop an intimate understanding of the challenges of providing high quality services to customers regardless of their locations.

JOHN SHERRY
John is a highly accomplished, driven, high-energy and experienced Commercial Leader and Change Management expert known for leading and achieving business transformation, process optimisation, change objectives and capability development goals.
With a Master in Business and Technology, John manages the NSW Service division focusing on the delivery of services, process improvement, and ensuring quality and responsive services are delivered and client KPIs are met.

WARWICK MILES
Warwick successfully manages and oversees daily operations for Precise Fire ensuring all servicing and projects are completed on time and to client specifications. Warwick has over 20 years of experience working on some of Australia’s largest contracts.

CHRIS BROCK
Chris brings a wealth of management experience and technical expertise to the Precise Fire team, particularly from his most recent role leading Wormald’s Pump Systems division in Victoria. In a career spanning 20 years, Chris has developed a comprehensive understanding of the Fire industry through a range of diverse roles including Sprinkler Fitter, Break Downs Supervisor, Customer Technical Support, and Essential Services Manager.

GRANT TAMATI
Grant Tamati is a highly accomplished project manager with a proven track record in overseeing projects throughout Queensland.
With extensive experience collaborating with Tier 1 to Tier 3 Contractors, Grant possesses the expertise to navigate complex projects successfully.
His skills encompass project estimation, seamless implementation, and ensuring the successful completion of assignments.
As Minor Works Manager, Grant streamlines fire protection installations, modifications, and maintenance projects, prioritising attention to detail and adherence to codes, standards, and regulations.
