Expanding our Abacus portfolio with Yarra Falls in Melbourne

We are excited to announce that Yarra Falls in the heart of Melbourne is the latest site in the Abacus Group commercial portfolio to be awarded to Precise Fire.

Precise Fire’s CBD team are delivering Fire services, leveraging our expertise in managing sensitivities around refurbished heritage sites and providing comfortable, safe and compliant spaces for occupants and visitors.

Located at 452 Johnston St Abbotsford, Yarra Falls is an iconic building on the scenic Yarra River Bike Trail with riverside proximity and expansive parklands and a rich history. This site was originally built in 1919 and was once the home of Yarra Falls Spinning Mills. It was converted to over 16,000m2 of A-Grade commercial office space in 2003 with multiple tenancies.
