It was Precise Fire’s privilege to sponsor the FMA’s NSW Fire Safety Compliance and Networking Event.
With significant changes in 2025, when AS1851 will move from best practice to become legislated in NSW, it was a timely education session on how it will impact on the fire and facility management industries.
There were interesting presentations from Gaurav Bhalla First 5 Minutes, Rob Broadhead – 2020 Fire Protection, and Michael Marks from the NSW Building Commission. The Q&A session was a great sounding board that highlighted the level of engagement from facility managers and the anticipated impact on their business.
Thank you to the FMA and JLL for hosting this important event. The JLL Head Office at 180 George St is the perfect venue for a gathering of industry specialists – kudos to the JLL Projects team for the fit out!
If you would like to find out what these changes mean to you, please contact Precise Fire’s National Compliance Manager, Carl Von Korff, head of Precise Fire’s inhouse Compliance Consulting team.
