With more than 15 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, Sam has developed an innovative approach to delivering results-oriented solutions, based upon his broad technical expertise and pragmatic approach. An expert in all aspects of HVAC and a natural business developer, Sam is highly regarded by clients and very well known in the industry.

Joe is also a founding Director of Precise Air and like Sam La Rocca, is instrumental in developing the strategic direction of the business and client relationships. Joe has more than 21 years of broad experience which includes a combination of corporate and facility management expertise gained at Honeywell, and HVAC technician expertise. Joe As an accredited NABERS assessor and active member of the Green Building Council, Joe is dedicated to helping clients improve the sustainability, efficiency and affordability of their building systems.

As a Director and General Manager at Precise Air, Nadeem has drawn upon his extensive business management expertise in overseeing the operational effectiveness of the business. Since joining the company in 2006, Nadeem has been instrumental in strategising and negotiating key acquisitions and market expansion. He brings a commercial approach to his role which includes responsibility for recruitment strategy, risk mitigation, contract negotiation, and legal compliance and reporting.
