Our national retail client desired a low cost solution that captured energy and performance data across a portfolio of sites across the country. The overall aim was to improve the immediate visibility of energy consumption and equipment performance so that they could:
anticipate break downs, reduce trade call outs and maintenance spend
manage temperature setpoints and time schedules to reduce energy consumption and energy spend.

Precise Air proposed and implemented a cost effective Nube iO IoT solution to control and monitor HVAC and lighting with Web-based dashboard providing access to the national property portfolio.
