High end styling featuring stone and timber finishes, metal pan ceilings and hidden ventilation, set the scene for Precise Air at 20 Martin Place in Sydney. The state of the art refurbishment provides flexible work spaces for this global tech leaders' Australian HQ in the heart of Sydney’s technology hub.

Precise Air were contracted by BUILT to complete the mechanical services fit out over six floors. This is part of a larger refurbishment project undertaken by BUILT at this location. BUILT were awarded the Master Builders Association Award for Site Safety – Commercial Projects for their entire 20 Martin Place project.

The scope of works included:

• engineering to Aurecon specifications

• relocation and installation of active chilled beams

• CRAC units

• electrical and controls systems

• BMS upgrade

• project and site management of installation team and subcontractors on site.
