Abacus is a leading diversified property group that specialises in investing in commercial property markets in Australia and New Zealand. The Group also holds a small portfolio of retail shopping centres and industrial sites. What started as an opportunity in 2019 to service an Abacus Group shopping centre on the Gold Coast quickly grew into a portfolio of retail and commercial sites throughout QLD, NSW, VIC and SA.
This expansion, in both size and scope of services (to include HVAC, fire, HVAC hygiene and building performance optimisation) is a result of the collaborative partnership Precise Air Group Air formed with Abacus Group to help create exceptional value and experiences for their tenants.
Maintaining a comfortable and safe environment for our tenants and the community is our top priority. Precise Air’s approach to lifecycle asset management and compliance, building optimisation and proactive maintenance programmes has helped us minimise downtime and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
